The cookie named test_cookie is set by DoubleClick to determine if the website visitor’s browser supports cookies. In order to analyze how you use our website, cookies from the analytics service Hotjar are placed. The cookie named _hjIncludedInSample will collect information regarding your IP address and regarding how you use the website, e.g. information on how you browse around on our website and we use aggregated information, for instance regarding how many users that visit the website. The cookie named _hjid is set when the customer first lands on a page with the Hotjar script. It is used to persist the Hotjar User ID, unique to that site on the browser. This ensures that behavior in subsequent visits to the same site will be attributed to the same user ID. In order to analyze how you use our website, cookies from the marketing tool Hubspot are placed. The cookie named __hstc is the main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, utk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session). The cookie named hubspotutk keeps track of a visitor's identity. It is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. The cookie named __hssc is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp. The cookie named __hssrc determines if the visitor has restarted their browser. The cookie named hs_ab_test is used to consistently serve visitors the same version of an A/B test page they’ve seen before. The cookie named id_key is set so future visits to the page from the same browser do not require login again when visiting a password-protected page. The cookie named hs-messages-is-open is used to determine and save whether the chat widget is open for future visits.
